Damn! Spicy mango sauce, eh? I feel like I need to be investigating more kinds of relishes and sauces around here, that all sounds delicious! At one of my local cafes I had a breakfast plate of thick ham on potato pancakes with apple butter that sounds like it had a similar balance of sweet/salty/fruity!
